Text Box: Mueller-Hinton Media plates  500 µl of bacteria – E-coli, Staph, Environmental Bacillus, Environmental Actino  Distribute across plate by sterile swabs 100 µl of extract was applied to 1 cm filter paper discs and placed on the media Each Petri dish had 3 samples – 2 distillation methods plus a control (+ or -) Plates incubated overnight in 37 ºC for ~ 19 hours
